For a quick answer:
A single simple tattoo, or markings such as tiger stripes or leopard spots, sees no fee.
A tattoo like an entire tiger, detailed oni mask, or celtic knots would accrue a fee.
Markings that are excessively detailed such as intricate tribal full body marks would accrue a fee.
An average outfit like a dress shirt, pants, shoes, and belt won't see a fee.
A complicated outfit with multiple layers and accessories would require an added fee.
A prop like a whip, cup, or super simple basic dagger won't see a fee.
A prop like a firearm, or a detailed embellished sword would require an added fee.

You are agreeing with these implemented policies by commissioning me.
read time: 3 min• I WILL draw humans, fantasy, most D&D species, some furries, and vanilla NSFW themes.
I will NOT draw mechas, complex mechanical body parts (cyber-people/androids), taboo fetishes, BDSM, or cars/trains/transportation. Do not even ask me to draw anyone under 18 in any remotely suggestive art!• I may decline the commission if I feel like it doesn't suit my style, or makes me uncomfortable in any way.• Failure to provide clear references or descriptions will result in a declined commission.
No, I do not know anyone's characters well, aside from my own, so please do not assume I know their details that cause unexpected fees to spring up.• Prices are based on average time to finish the type of commission. Full price is calculated in USD, payments accepted via Ko-fi or Paypal. Payment is expected in advance, before your commission is started. Do not send a form unless you're ready to pay.
Tippers & Payments through Ko-fi get a chance at a free sketch commission as thanks!• Refunds are not accepted. However, you may cancel if on the unpaid Wait List.• Turnaround is up to 1 week to finish the piece, 2 - 3 weeks depending on Commission Slot placement, the complexity of the piece, and/or how quickly you reply to me for review feedback. I do work in order of receiving, so if you don't respond quickly on Discord or Email I will move on to the next person on slots and yours will resume when I finish their sketch portion.• Extras: Portrait Commissions do not include extra parts or props (tails and horns exempt). Exception is within YCH commissions, where I will add simplified wings, a few simplified accessories, or simplified tattoos; but no other items.
Please refer back to Pricing to review details about Extras.• Revisions: If I am not streaming your art, I will send you the character sketch for approval. At this point you may request any minor revisions, such as reminding me to add minor forgotten elements like earrings, horns, chains, etc. However, major changes during sketch Revision such as a new pose will accrue a fee of $15 (yes, you keep the first sketch as-is). For Portrait Commission 2nd revisions, you may request a change in colors, but a whole new background (bg) will accrue a fee of $15 (yes, you keep the first background piece as-is).• Discord is preferred to keep in contact during the commission or to move you off the Wait List. If you do not have Discord, Email may suffice. Please check your email at least daily, and know that turnaround will take longer as we wait for emailed revision reviews.• My commissions are worry free, I like to keep contact with my paid slot-holders. This does not mean I will message you daily, unless I have art to show. If I need a burnout-break for a couple of days, I will absolutely take a few minutes to inform each paid customer on slots. That said, I do not work on Sundays. If placed on the active slots and there are people before you, I will contact you the day before yours begins to let you know and, if applicable, provide a link to watch on Twitch.• I retain the right to optionally publish the artwork to my portfolio for commission advertising and as a sample for potential customers to see if I can do their character justice. The character's name and your username will be publicly posted to help deter roleplay art thieves by publicly identifying aforementioned details along with my watermark. Exception: You notify me that the commission is private in notes, as in only for you to share.• I am permitted to stream your commission on Twitch if I so desire to, unless specifically asked for privacy in a commission form note. I will inquire if you'd like me to stream the art privately to you within my Discord server so you can guide its progress in real-time.• Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use ONLY. The Artist shall retain ownership rights to the total commissioned artwork and portions of the commissioned artwork. Copyright ownership is automatically provided to the original creator (the Artist) of the digital art. This ownership can be sold by the Artist to the person who commissioned the piece, however;
NO commercial commissions shall be accepted at this time and profiting from my work will see you barred from future commissions.• Transferring ownership of character. If you are selling YOUR roleplay character and all its art, please don't apply profit - RESELL at what you paid for its art.
You own your character, I retain rights over my artwork's use, and all I ask is you don't profit from my commission(s) without fair compensation.
I will not accept your future inquiries if you seem to purposely profit off my work.
Again, commissions I create are not for commercial or profit use.❌ DO NOT:

• Use my art for AI work
• Repost my art on social media without giving correct credit (credit: ko-fi.com/eriscreates)
• Sell my art or try to gain profit from it in any way or use it commercially
